Roasted Red Bell Pepper
A simply delicious dish adopted worldwide that comes from Spanish cuisine.
It is super simple to prepare and incredibly tasty.
With just a fresh bread and roasted red peppers you can enjoy a delicious light lunch. They are a perfect combination with any type of meat.
Red peppers contain more than 200 percent of your daily intake of vitamin C and are a great source of vitamin B6. They are also a rich source of lycopene, which has been shown to help prevent many types of cancer, including prostate and lung cancer.
Cooking instructions

Preheat the Oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
