Sizzling Buttered Tofu

Easy to prep and easy to cook!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Beat eggs and soak the cube sliced tofu for 1 minute.

* Step 2

Put cooking oil in a pan and then fry the coated tofu until golden brown

* Step 3

Use a different pan to melt the butter. Then add and sauté chopped garlic, onion, pepper, salt and sugar.

* Step 4

Add the fried tofu, oyster, mayonnaise and all-purpose cream then mix. Let it simmer for 2 minutes. Then add the green chilli.

* Step 5

Remove from the pan and then plate the tofu in sizzling plate with melted butter then top it with red dried chilli
