Cheese grilled oysters

This cheese grilled oyeters are seasoned with miso tastes. It is good for winter!

Ingredient

140 g

oysters

2 tablespoons

miso

2 tablespoons

sweet sake (mirin)

2 tablespoons

sugar

2 tablespoons

water

2 tablespoons

sake

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Microwave potatos for 5minutes until it is soft. Slice it into pieces.

* Step 2

Slice green onions.

* Step 3

Clean oysters with potato starch under running cold water to remove all of the dirt.

* Step 4

Heat the frying pan and pour sake and steam oysters for 2 minutes. Take out oyeters from frying pan, leave oyster broth in the pan.

Combine miso, sugar mirin in a small bowl. Pour it in the oyster broth and bring to boil until it is thick.

Place sliced potatos at the botoom in a plate. Add oysters and green onions and pour seasoned miso (step4) on it.

Place the cheese on the top of the plate.

Grill it in a toaster for five minutes until golden brown.
