Spam & Vegetables Stir-Fry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pre cook Spam or luncheon meat. I prefer the spicy kind, makes the dish tastier. Slice into bite sizes then set aside.

* Step 2

In the same pan, add oil and sauté garlic & onions until fragrant.

* Step 3

Sauté in the cut beans, add a little water and cover. Cook a couple minutes in low-med heat.

* Step 4

Add the sliced tomatoes and veggie stalks. Season with salt, pepper and Oyster Sauce, mix around then cover. Cook a few minutes more.

* Step 5

Sauté in the Spam slices. And drop the leafy parts on top then cover a couple minutes more.

* Step 6

Uncover and sauté. Remove from heat when veggies look bright green and the green beans are cooked through yet still crunchy.

* Step 7

Serve with rice, or as a side dish.
