Pineapple rose pie
Its very delicious and healthy one. My family enjoyed the test. Its my first yummy and delicious chops I ever ate.

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
In a clean bowl add in a flour.
* Step 4
Add Baking powder, butter and mix to form a crumby
* Step 6
Add water and mix, knead to form a soft dough. Cover it with cling film and Allow it to rest for a good 10 minutes.
* Step 7
Wash carrot, onion and scotch bonnet, greeted it all.
* Step 8
Put a sauce pan in fire pour a drop of oil, when it start hot, add fennel seed,

Stirred and add carrot, Scotch bonnet,
* Step 12
Add curry, spices, stirred and allow it to saute.
* Step 13
Add pineapple, stirred and leave it to cook for a good 5 minutes.

Kneed the dough and cut it in to 5 small ball.

Flatting each ball and cut a circle shape.

Cute the end of each dough

Add the filling at the middle of flat dough
* Step 19
Brush each side with water.
* Step 20
First lift up the edge to the filling, then lift another edge till it finish. Repeat it to other dough

Grease the baking fan with butter and scoop the pie.

Preheat the oven and bake till light brown.

Garnished with spinach. Done!!

Enjoyed it with hot coffee or juice.
