Salt and Pepper Porkchops
Sometimes less is the best! A simple yet delicious recipe!!!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit
* Step 2
Heat an oven safe skillet.
* Step 3
Coat the chops with olive oil and coat the chops with the salt heavily and lightly with the pepper.
* Step 4
Sear the chops for 2 minutes per side.
* Step 5
Don't forget to sear the edges.
* Step 6
Put into the hot oven for 15 minutes or till the center is 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
* Step 8
Add flour to the drippings in the pan and cook till the flour is cooked through.
* Step 9
Add the broth and deglaze the pan and stir till smooth.
* Step 10
Should just have a coating on a spoon.
* Step 12
I served with oven roasted potatoes see my recipe.
