Halibut Soup

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a heavy large pot heat oil over medium heat. Add onion, carrot and green pepper. Saute veggies in the oil until they become tender. Do not burn onion.
* Step 2
Add the chicken broth & fish to the pot. Bring to boil at which time add the potatoes. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
* Step 3
Cook for an additional 20 minutes until potatoes are cooked through.
* Step 4
Mix in sour cream into broth. Cook an additional 5 minutes.
* Step 5
Add dill and lemon juice. Season with salt & pepper as needed.
