Butter & Herb Turkey

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place celery, onion, lemon, garlic cloves, stick of butter and herb bundle in a cheesecloth wrap. Stuff in cavity. Tie legs together with butcher twine.
* Step 2
Melt 1 1/2 stick of butter and brush over skin. Combine kosher salt, granulated garlic and poultry seasoning. Season outside of bird generously.
* Step 3
Roast at 425°F for 30 minutes. Reduce temperature to 325°F.
* Step 4
Continue roasting; basting every ~ 45 minutes until breast internal temperature is 165°F and 175°F in thigh.
