Salt cured spiced beef

Try meat as it was prepare for thousands of years! A taste of history and delicious!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix dry ingredients and set to the side.

* Step 2

Slice thin strip of meat up to 1/4 inch thick.

* Step 4

Starting with a salt mix layer on the bottom, alternate meat and salt mixture.

* Step 5

Compress the layers with a mug or cup to remove air as much as possible.

* Step 6

* Step 7

Refrigerate for 8 to 24 hours.

* Step 8

Remove meat and discard salt mixture. Rinse excess mixture from the meat and pat dry.
