My Drunken Turkey for thanksgiving dinner

I've been doing this Turkey for few years like this and it's been a winner every time very juicy and tender the best way to make.

Ingredient

Food ration :

8 servings

Cooking time :

16 hours 39 min
1 bunch

sage

1 gallon

milk

1 bunch

thyme

10 clove

garlic cloves

5 tbsp

dry oregano

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix everything together and let sit in the fridge for 2 days

Take the Turkey out and put on a roasting pan with some of the juice bout 1 in.

* Step 3

Pre-heat oven to 250

* Step 4

Cover the Turkey with foil and put in the oven for 16 hrs.

* Step 5

Uncover the Turkey after the 16 hrs and broil for 5 mins or till crispy on the outside

* Step 6

Turn the Turkey on the other side and do the same broil for bout 5 mins and your done enjoy!
