Brussels Sprouts

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl drizzle olive oil over sprouts. Add salt, pepper, minced garlic, toss together.

* Step 2

Add a small amount of olive oil (can substitute bacon grease) in a skillet over medium high heat. Cast iron works great.

* Step 3

Place brussel sprouts in skillet. Do not stir until bottom starts to burn a little

* Step 4

Stir sprouts, add balsamic vinegar and cook for a few minutes

* Step 5

Drizzle honey over sprouts, stir

* Step 6

Add bacon bits, stir

* Step 7

After it's cooked, add parmesan cheese

* Step 8

Also try adding pecan pieces at the end
