I received gochujang and used it for this somen dish as I heard that people eat somen noodles in Korea for the Qixi festival.
Ingredient

300 ml
Water
4 tbsp
Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
2 tbsp
Sesame oil
2 tbsp
Toasted sesame seeds
2 tsp
Gochujang
2 tsp
Vinegar
1
Tomato
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine the sauce ingredients and chill in the fridge.
* Step 2
Cook the somen noodles and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with the toppings. Cut the yellow pepper into stars. Pour over the cold noodle sauce and serve.
