Tumis Toge Teri (Stir-Fry of Bean Sprouts and Anchovy) - 6 Ingredients

This is really easy and quick. My kids love it.

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 tsp

sugar

1 tbsp

oil

2 tbsp

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pour oil into a pan. Using medium heat, stir-fry garlic, and then add bean sprouts.

* Step 2

Add water. Stir occasionally until the bean sprouts are a bit translucent.

* Step 3

Add anchovies, then sugar. Stir occasionally.

* Step 4

After about five minutes, it is done!
