Spicy Peanut Butter Ramen with Mussels
Notes -
- Instead of the chilli sauce, I used sriracha.
- I also used an all natural crunchy peanut butter instead for texture
- added mussels as a topping but you can add any other protein
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix the sriracha, brown sugar, soy sauce and peanut butter together.
* Step 2
Stir in the hot water with the mixture above. It should resemble a sauce that you can easily mix in with the ramen. Set aside.
* Step 3
Boil a pot of water and cook just the ramen according the package directions. Pour out any left over liquid.
* Step 4
Boil a pot of water and cook the mussels if you are using any.
* Step 5
In a bowl, combine the ramen and the sauce mixture. Then add any toppings.
