Tofu with Spring Onion

This is a simple tofu dish which has its origins back to ancient China at that time was a vege dish, called Shaolin Tofu, the only seasoning add to the tofu is soy sau ce, but it taste super delicious!

Ingredient

Cooking time :

30 mins
3 cloves

garlic diced

2 tbsp

soy sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut pressed tofu into preffered rectangle pcs or Japanese tofu into 2 cm thick each. Fry tofu in medium heat until golden brown and set aside.

* Step 2

Stir fry the spring onions, ginger, garlic and shallots until aroma and pour in Shaoxing wine. Caution, flame may surface on the wok!

* Step 3

Add in the fried tofu and add in soy sauce and let the tofu absorb the soy sauce both sides for about 2 mins and serve.
