Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Mix together the first 7 ingredients in large baking dish and cover
* Step 3
Whisk egg and milk together in small bowl
* Step 4
Mix together flour, bread crumbs, lemon pepper seasoning,
* Step 5
Coat the fish fillets in milk/egg mixture, then roll in flour mixture
* Step 6
In large baking dish lay tin foil on the bottom of dish. Drizzle the dish with oil, salt and pepper and lemon pepper seasoning
* Step 7
Lay all fillets in baking dish, brush some mixture overtop of the fish (to make crispy) sprinkle 1/4 cup parmesan cheese overtop of fish. Cover and put in the oven
* Step 8
Bake for approximately 45 mins
