Pork Chop and Brown Rice Skillet Dinner
Super simple! Simply delicious! :-) A favorite!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat a large, deep skillet on medium heat.
* Step 2
Add olive oil or vegetable oil to pan and heat for a moment. Add your chops and brown on both sides. Then remove from pan.
* Step 3
Add your broth and brown rice. Stir.
* Step 4
Add the can of tomatoes, celery, onion, red pepper and seasonings. Stir and bring to a boil.
* Step 5
Place the chops back on top of rice, cover and simmer for about one hour.
