Steam fish and vermicelli

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak vermicelli and salted vegetable in the water
* Step 2
Marinade fish fillet with rice wine and wait for a moment
* Step 3
Seasoning the fish fillet with salt and pepper then wrapped with a little bit of corn starch
* Step 4
Cut the salted vegetable into small pieces then put in the plate like this picture
* Step 5
Steam about 8 minutes and put the spring onion on top
* Step 6
Heat 2 spoonful of oil and flush on top
