Honestly I wasn’t familiar with Mexican food except for nachos when I first came to California. But after a while I’ve leaned that Mexican food is actually very good. Guacamole with tortilla chips is one my favorite snacks that I enjoy all the time 😋😋😋 It’s healthy and super easy to make 👍🏻

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large bowl, mash the avocado, lime juice, and salt.
* Step 2
Add the onions, garlic, chopped cilantro and tomatoes. Stir well. Adjust to taste.
* Step 3
Place the guacamole in the tostitos chips. Top with sliced tomatoes.
* Step 5
Note: If you don’t serve it immediately, cover the guacamole with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 hour.
