Japanese Wakame Seaweed Pizza
I saw this pizza on TV and it looked so yummy. So I made this for the dinner. And sprinkling Nori seaweed on top made more tasty.#GoldenApron23
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make pizza dough. Mix all ingredients and knead for a while and let it ferment in a warm place for a while.
* Step 2
Roll out the dough and brush with olive oil.
* Step 3
This is fresh Wakame. You can also use dried wakame that has been rehydrated.
* Step 4
Put Wakame, shredded cheese and hand-shredded Brie on it.
* Step 5
Bake it in 210℃ preheated oven for 12-15 minutes. Sprinkle shedded Nori seaweed.
* Step 6
