Tofu Sandwich
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut carrots into strips and marinate in salt, sugar and vinegar. (3 carrots -- 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon vinegar) Leave it for 10 minutes and squeeze it well.
Boil asparagus.
* Step 2
Cut the tofu, season with salt and pepper, and fry in olive oil.
* Step 3
Make a colorful sandwich with vegetables and tofu. Dress with mayonnaise, pepper and salt.
* Step 4
Wrap the sandwich with paper.
