Pistachio Fruit Tart

I ate like this pistachio tart at the hotel French restaurant. It was so tasty and I baked the tart with pistachio powder I made. So delicious 🍒

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 tart
160 g

flour

1 tablespoon

milk

1

egg

100 ml

fresh cream

80 g

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grind pistachio into fine powder.

Add the tart dough ingredients to the food processor. Mix in a food processor and stop when the dough becomes crumbly. Roll out the dough on a flat surface and bring it together with your hands.

Place the dough in plastic wrap and roll it out thinly with a rolling pin and spread it on a tart mold sprinkled with flour. Keep it chilled in the refrigerator.

Put the pistachio powder and tart cream ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Put pistachio cream in the tart dough, roll it up, and arrange a lot of homemade cherries on top.

Bake in 180℃ preheated oven for 45 minutes.
