I read the article that banana peels have so much fiber and minerals. So I ask my Philippine friend how to eat banana with peel on. She said just eat with peel but steamed bananas were more eatable.
Cooking instructions

Wash banana and wrap it with film. Microwave 3 minutes by 600w.
* Step 4
40% of banana is skin and we always abandon it. We have to think about it😊🎶
