Japanese Sweet Soy Pork
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put pork, soy sauce, garlic and sugar in the oven bag. Keep it in refrigerator overnight. Put onions in bag.
* Step 2
Close the oven bag and bake it in 150℃ preheated oven for 90 minutes. Then 120℃ for 60 minutes.
* Step 3
Add the starch water in the broth to make a thick sauce.
* Step 4
Pour the sauce on pork. This pork is so easy and so delicious.
