Japanese Kale Miso Soup

In Japan we always use seasonal vegetables in miso soup.

Ingredient

500 ml

water

2 stalks

kale

2 tablespoon

miso

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut kale leaves and stalks.

Put Dashi powder in water. Cook stalks first.

Add miso and kale.

Cook kale until softened.
