Japanese Red Radish Pickles
My mother in law lived in north part of Japan sent us red radish pickles every winter season. So this time I learnt how to make it from my sister in law. #ChristmasGift
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry red radish outside for a day or two. It makes radish sweeter.
* Step 2
Cut red radish. And make sweet vinegar mixture and put radish in it. Cover it with film and put some weight on pickles.
* Step 3
Let it sit for about 2 days in cooler place. Keep it in container in refrigerator.
* Step 4
Make tasty red rice with chopped red radish pickles. Enjoy 🎶
