Japanese Frozen Tofu Karaage
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Drain tofu (hard type) and freeze in freezer for a day.
* Step 2
Unfreeze tofu in colander and squeeze it with hand. Make marinate sauce.
* Step 3
Cut tofu with hand and marinate it for 15 minutes.
* Step 4
Powder tofu with starch powder.
* Step 5
Fry in vegetable oil until good brown.
* Step 6
Eat Tofu karaage with salad. Or eat with your favorite sauce.
