Japanese Street Food Takoyaki

You can make this Japanese Takoyaki—octopus ball—easily. No need Takoyaki maker. #cookeverypart #FridgeForager

Ingredient

1/2 cup

flour

1/2 cup

octopus (cut into small pieces)

1/2 cup

chopped green onion or spring onion

leftover Tempra or 1/2 cup Tempra flakes or 1/2 cup fried onion

eggs

1-2 tablespoon

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

This is Takoyaki maker. But if you don’t have this, you can make takoyaki with this way.

* Step 2

Chop all ingredients. I use frozen leftover Tempra but if you don’t have please use fried onion.

* Step 3

Mix all together well.

* Step 4

Oil the pan and fry the batter until both side gets crispy and brown.

* Step 5

Cut into bite size. Sprinkle bonito flake, mayonnaise and Tonkatsu sauce. You can eat with your favorite sauce. Enjoy 🐙
