Sweet Potato Bread

I put purple sweet potato powder in bread dough and put cheese and sweet potato in bread. #ComfortFood

Ingredient

Food ration :

6 breads
150 ml

warm milk

25 g

butter

1 tablespoon

sugar

1/2 teaspoon

salt

2 tablespoon

purple potato powder

100 g

cheese

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Warm milk and melt butter and add sugar, salt, yeast and purple potato powder and mix all.

This is purple potato powder. If you can’t find this powder you can use beetroot juice instead of milk and also you can use food color. Make soft dough. Knead for a while. Rest the dough until the size is double.

Steam or boil (microwave) sweet potato and cut sweet potato and cheese (I used leftover cheese) into dice.

Divide 6 and make shape for filling.

Cut dough into 6 balls.

Wrap the filling with dough. Make it sweet potato shape.

Rest the dough again for a while covering with wet cotton.

Bake in 180℃ preheated oven for 15 minutes.
