Pumpkin Bread

Sometimes I have 1/4 cut of pumpkin in my refrigerator. So today I made Halloween 🎃 pumpkin bread. #cookeverypart #halloween

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 bread
100 ml

milk

25 g

butter

1 tablespoon

sugar

1/2 teaspoon

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Steam pumpkin. You can boil or microwave pumpkin.

Make pumpkin paste. I used colander but you can use food processor or just mash well with fork.

Warm milk and melt butter. Mix all and knead dough for a while to make soft dough.

Rest the dough wrapping with film until the size is double.

Make filling. Cut pumpkin (with skin) boiled egg and cheese(any cheese is ok, I used leftover cheese in freezer). Mix well and make 4 balls.

Divide dough into 4 pieces and wrap the filling mixture with dough.

Tie this round dough with a single string as shown in the picture.

* Step 8

Rest the dough for 30 minutes. Bake in 180℃ preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Cut the strings and remove it carefully. Put cardamom seed in center.

Filling is so tasty even if I didn’t add any seasoning.
