Japanese Tonkatsu Roll
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
I bought much sliced pork on sale and I wrapped the pork in a square shape and frozen it. Unfrozen the pork and season with Herb salt.
* Step 2
Sprinkle flour and put egg and panko crumbs. Fry in vegetable oil for 4 minutes.
* Step 3
Dish Tonkatsu with shredded cabbage.
* Step 4
Tonkatsu Roll: place cooked rice on Nori seaweed. Then put lettuce, Tonkatsu and mayonnaise.
* Step 5
Roll with hands. And cut with clean sharp knife.
