Today I ate too much for lunch. So I made this low calorie mushroom pot for dinner.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make Dashi stock: soak dried kelp and bonito flakes in500ml water for more than 30 minutes. Bring to boil land turn off when it’s just boiled. And drain the stock. Please don’t squeeze. You can use Mentsuyu or Dashi powder instead of Dashi stock.

Cut mushroom, tofu and vegetables. Place all ingredients in pot.

Pour Dashi stock and cook. Eat with Ponzu or soy sauce with Shichimi chili powder.
