Soft Chicken Ham

I often make this chicken breast ham and keep in refrigerator. It’s so nice with salad, making sandwiches and ramen topping.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

20 minutes
1/2 tablespoon

salt

1/2 tablespoon

sugar

to taste

pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut chicken breast into 4 pieces. All these are fresh herb from my garden pots.

* Step 2

Put chicken, herb and seasoning mixing well. And remove air and close.

* Step 3

Pu the ziplock bag in big pan with full water. Cover with dish and turn on flame. When the water is just boiled, turn off the flame.

* Step 4

Keep in pot with lid until the water is cool down.

* Step 5

Remove herb and keep in refrigerator.

Enjoy with salad or sandwich.
