Yukhoe is Korean dish: delicious way to eat fresh raw beef. But in Japan we also eat Sashimi like Yukhoe.

Ingredient

Food ration :

1/2 tablespoon

sesame oil

1/2 tablespoon

soy sauce

to taste

garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

I use Maguro and scallop. Cut small dices. Chop spring onion.
