Japanese Sweet Soy Sauce Dumpling
We call this dumplings Mitarashi Dango. This is so popular and we can buy this dumplings (¥100 for 3 skewers of dumplings) at super market.#kawaii

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put hot water in rice powder and mix.
* Step 2
Devise into 4~5 and steam for 30 minutes with medium high flame. Place the lid that covers the cotton cloth.
* Step 3
Put the dough together and put it in water to remove the heat a little.
* Step 4
Knead well by hand while hot. When hot, put water on your hands and knead
* Step 5
Divide into 4 and stab skewers on it. Tie with a knife and divide into 4 dumplings.
* Step 6
Put water in starch. Mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar and water. Put it on fire and bring to a boil. Put starch water and thicken.
* Step 7
Broil the dumplings with fire and pour the sauce over.
