Japanese Moroheiya Salad

We call this salad Ohitashi. In Japan most of vegetables can be eaten as Ohitashi. Boiling vegetable(1 kind) and sprinkling soy sauce is Ohitashi.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

10 minutes
1 pack

Moroheiya

1 teaspoon

soy sauce

1 teaspoon

sesame oil

1/4 teaspoon

sugar

1 tablespoon

sesame seed

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Remove the leaves from the stem.

Boil leaves in hot water with salt for a minute. And put it in cool water.

* Step 3

Make soy sauce mixture. This sauce is so tasty. Drain and mix with sauce.
