Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix flour and water and knead well.
* Step 2
Wrap with film and rest for 30 minutes.
* Step 3
Mix ingredients well with hand.
* Step 4
Make color dough with rice flour and vegetables powder (pumpkin, purple potato, matcha green tea powder). Food color is ok. Make very small balls.
* Step 5
Divide dough(15-16) and make gyoza sheet with rolling pin.
* Step 6
Wrap meat mixture with sheet like these photos.
* Step 7
Put gyoza on floured plate.
* Step 8
Put rice flour balls and make flower patterns. And cook in boiling water for 4~5 minutes.
* Step 9
Eat with chilled vinegar soy sauce or any sauce you like. 💝🇯🇵❣️
