Crab Rice Dumpling
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash rice and soak in water for more than 1 hour.
* Step 2
Drain rice and put crab meat on it. Steam for 20-30 minutes or steam 5 minutes in pressure pan.
* Step 3
Season with salt and sugar. This is dumpling sheets.
* Step 4
Wrap rice with sheet and make shape like theses photos.
* Step 5
Steam 3 minutes in pressure pan. Or steam with high flame for 10 minutes.
* Step 6
Garnish with salty salmon eggs.
