Easy Kimchi

I always make Kimchi like this. Also you can make with cucumber, leek, or green onion.

Ingredient

1 teaspoon

salt

1/2

carrot

1/2 cup

cut leek

1-1/2 tablespoon

fish sauce

1 tablespoon

sesame oil

1/2 tablespoon

sugar

1 tablespoon

sesame

1 teaspoon

minced ginger

1 teaspoon

minced garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut Chinese cabbage and mix salt with hand. Push with dish and water for more than 1 hour till water coming out.

* Step 2

Shred carrot and cut leek. Squeeze cabbage. Make fish sauce mixture and mix with hand.

* Step 3

Put sesame and chili powder.
