Japanese Egg wrapped Fried Noodle(Omu Yakisoba)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Ingredients of fried noodle
* Step 2
Fry pork with vegetable oil and then add shredded vegetables.
* Step 3
Add noodle and season with sauce. (Soy sauce, ketchup, fish sauce..... I used Yakisoba sauce)
* Step 4
Stir eggs and mayonnaise.
* Step 5
Fry egg and stir, then cook with medium ~low flame.
* Step 6
When surface is a little uncooked, put fried noodle on it. And wrap like these photos.
* Step 8
Make good shape with kitchen paper. Garnish with dried parsley or ketchup. Enjoy 😉
