My mother cooked vegetables with egg sauce (Ankake sauce). Today I made egg sauce broccoli.#oxfordstudens
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil broccoli
* Step 2
Cut smaller and put on dish.
* Step 3
Make chicken soup. Starch water and egg.
* Step 4
Put starch water into boiling soup. And cook a little while till soup is thickened. Then put egg and whisk.
* Step 5
Pour on broccoli. Enjoy 😉
