Colorful Vegetable Salad with Fried Chicken and Poached Egg
I shredded all the vegetables very thinly. Please eat this salad with sesame oil dressing and mixing all with poached egg. Sesame oil salad 4️⃣#eattherainbow
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put thin sliced chicken to soy sauce sugar ginger garlic mixture and keep it in refrigerator for 15 minuets.
* Step 2
Shred vegetables very tightly. Most of the vegetables are from my garden pot.
* Step 4
Put starch in chicken and fry in vegetable oil.
* Step 6
Make sesame oil dressing. Mix all and enjoy!
