Japanese Baked Sweet Potato

We call this sweet potato ‘Kinstuba’. I made this recipe with easy making and simple ingredients. You can put vanilla, cinnamon and other flavors in mashed sweet potatoes.

Ingredient

1 teaspoon

sugar

2 tablespoon

rice flour

50 ml

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut sweet potatoe and steam until softened

Remove the skin thickly

Mash sweet potatoes and sugar. Put it in case with oven paper and cool in refrigerator.

Cut the sweet potatoes. Mix the coating ingredients.

Put coating mixture and sesame on one side of sweet potato. And bake it on lightly oiled pan with low heat.

Repeat and bake all the surfaces.
