Japanese Soumen noodles for hot summer

This summer is so hot in Japan 🇯🇵 and we eat Soumen noodles with ice many times a week. We prefer Soumen than hot white rice in summer.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

This is Soumen noodles

Boil in hot water for 2 minis and wash very well with cold water.

* Step 3

Put in water with many ice.

* Step 4

Make soup: soy sauce 100ml, Mirin 100ml, Dashi powder teaspoon 1.5 mix all and boil. And cool the mixture. Put some water and ice before you eat.

* Step 5

Put some Wasabi, sesame or sesame paste in soup. Delicious !
