My mother’s Potato Rice
When I was young, my mother cut potatoes so small dices and fried so crispy and made this potato rice. She mixed fried potatoes with salty rice or soy sauce rice. I made this potato rice with salty Wakame rice for my 4 children.
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Fry potato in vegetable oil till golden brown.
* Step 5
Mix fried potato with rice.
