Ingredient

1/2 tsp

Baking Soda

1/4 tsp

Salt

1 tbsp

Butter

1/4 cup

oil

3/4 cup

Milk

As Per Required

Silver balls to garnish

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl melt chocolate n butter in MW for 30 secs.

* Step 2

Add oil, sugar, essence, oil. Mix well. Now sieve dry ingredients thrice.

* Step 3

Add in wet ingredients. Now mix well n make the soft batter by adding milk. (Adjust consistency by adding more milk if required.) add chopped walnuts. (Reserve some for garnishing)

* Step 4

Now grease a baking dish. Pour batter n tap it twice or thrice.

* Step 5

Bake it at 180°c for 30-35 mins. Now take it out n let it cool.

* Step 6

Prepare ganache all over n sprinkle white choco chips n silver balls all over to garnish.

* Step 7

Enjoy the dark chocolate cake.
