Ingredient

ghee

2 cups

besan

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In pan heat ghee.

* Step 2

Add besan n roast till golden brown in color on low flame.

* Step 3

Take out in dish n let it cool for 15 mins.

* Step 4

Now add sugar n cardamom powder.

* Step 5

Mix well n take small portion n bind n make lemon size ladoos.

* Step 6

Garnish with nuts n pistachios. Besan ladoos are ready to Serve

* Step 7

These ladoos can b stored for a week or ten days.
