Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In thick bottom pan put 1/2 tsp oil n put grated jaggery.
* Step 3
Stir continuously on medium flame till jaggery melts.
* Step 4
Bring it till 1 string consistency.
* Step 6
Mix well n coat gud properly.
* Step 7
Now wet your hands n pick little portion make medium size balls.
* Step 8
You can take some portion on greased flat surface n roll it to make kurmura chikki.
* Step 9
Store it in airtight container.
