Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For Potato Basket : Scoop out potato frm center. Mix all ingredients in paneer and stuff in cavity of Potato. Keep aside.
* Step 2
Take curd and kuttu flour and blend it by adding little water.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a pan add jeera and green chillies and add curd mixture and stir continuously for 5 min.
* Step 4
When it starts boiling add kaju powder and stir well. Add salt and fresh creamn coriander leaves. Let it boil for 5 mins.
* Step 5
Take out gravy in a serving bowl and keep stuffed potato basket over it and garnish with coriander leaves.
* Step 6
Serve and enjoy with Kuttu roti, chutney, curd, salad and chhas.
