#king For a healthy version I used jaggery

Ingredient

1 cup

water

1 cup

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat ghee in a thick bottom kadai add sooji and fry till they change colour and get lovely aroma

* Step 2

Add milk and stir add jaggery powder and continue sooji absorb milk,add jaggery powder

* Step 3

Now add mango pulp stir again well and ensure the pulp is mixed well stir till moisture reduces,cook with lead for 2 minutes

* Step 4

Garnish withchopped almonds and serve hot
